Unlike standard dinner services, The Nest Chef’s Table offers direct engagement with the culinary team. Across a carefully crafted 5-course dinner, Chef Dewa Oka guides guests through each creation, sharing the inspiration, regional ingredients, and techniques behind every course.

To preserve the intimacy and exclusivity of the experience, seating is strictly limited to 16 guests per event.
